Eligibility Appeal Form
Per HCPS policy, students with a failing grade become ineligible for participation beginning the next school day following Report Card distribution.
Students with a failing grade (E) in any subject during the previous quarter must complete the online Eligibility Appeal form (link) by July 31 (or within 2 days of grades being posted throughout the rest of the school year). Please note that the only exception to this is incoming 9th grade students, who are automatically eligible to participate in after school activities the first quarter of their freshman year. All hearings will be scheduled by Mrs. Pickard ([email protected]) and will only be held on one day (date determined by Patterson Mill). If you are unable to make the hearing, the hearing committee will make a determination without your presence. Hearings will NOT be held any other day. Students that miss the deadline to submit an appeal will remain ineligible until the end of the quarter.
